RecommendedIn mid Jan 2017 I had my daughters car shipped from Los Angeles to Long Island, NY. As i had solicited many auto transport carriers, Jim always returned my calls or emails and had very good customer service and that's why he got my business for Mercury Transport. Once I booked the job he continued with above average customer service informing me when the driver was scheduled to pick up my car and when it was dropped off in NYC. I want to give a shout out to Mark Mealey Jr. I had to ship my daughters car from Boston to Minneapolis and did not know where to turn. I did an internet search and came up with all sorts of companies that sent me emails. Mark's was the most informative and seemed to be what I was looking for.
