Mercury Auto Transport did a great job. They shipped my car from northern Washington to sunny Southern California. The car arrived right when the driver said it would and was in great shape. Charlie Steeves was excellent to work with in arranging the transport, and the driver was very courteous and helpful.
This was a difficult job due to pickup location 2 hrs up a mountain off the main road. Joel from Mercury Auto Transport hung in there, and found me the perfect transporter, Jonas Florida Services, who did the job. Delivered it in record time (California to Florida in 3 days, really? My wife needed someone to transport her car from Portland, OR to Florida. Her car is very special to her and it was important we find a reputable and trustworthy auto transport. Mercury hooked us up with a great company. We were able to meet the driver, see her car put on the truck - 7 days later it arrived in Florida in perfect condition. This was my first time to send a car with a transport company. My agent, Kathy Gardner, was very helpful and went out of her way to schedule me at the price she originally estimated. She stayed involved through the entire process. The transport company was responsive and the driver was courteous, timely, and careful. Great experience, better than I expected.

Shipped Ford Ranger from Oahu to Northern NY. Quote was reasonable given the peak season time. Jim Gozde explained the entire process, anticipated timeframe and cost. He worked to ensure the estimate became reality. Truck shipped in same condition I dropped it off at the port of Honolulu.
