We had our car shipped from Mississippi to California. I was in touch with Jim Gozde who helped find a driver who was able to pick up the car within a week. He kept in close contact with me via phone and e-mail. The driver was Sergey Labco from Auto Source Enterprise, LLC. Sergey kept us updated regarding when the car would arrive. This was my first time having to ship a vehicle. I had a hard time with a previous company and I reached out to him. In less than a day he not only had my vehicle picked up but my price dropped down by $186. The driver is amazing as well. I am already referring someone to John. I contacted John Craven at Mercury Transport on Monday morning, he had my car picked up the same day!! Not only that, but my car was inoperable (dead battery and flat tire). And the best part....he got the driver to lower the cost of the pickup and passed the savings on to me. Not many companies will tell you they got a discount!! They kept me informed as well. I would definitely recommend John Craven and Mercury Auto Transport.
