My agent was Jesus and he got my car shipped across the country at a fair price with built in confidence that my car would arrive on time and without a scratch. Mercury and in particular Jake was by far the best at explaining how the broker/carrier business works and thus how to avoid bad experiences. I really appreciate the insight and perspective from Jake. It helped me eliminate some of the lower priced brokers that may have ultimately costed me more.
