Contacted Drew Rightnour with Mercury Auto Transport in helping me to ship a car from Harrisburg, PA to Tucson, AZ. I was worried since I have never done this. Let's face it. Some operators in this industry are sketchy and have kind of a scam vibe. I went with Justine Musselman because she wrote informative emails to me about how the process really works and over time I began to trust her. I actually called often to get ideas of shipping costs of various vehicles and she was most helpful. When it was time to pull the trigger I had already decided on her being my broker. I had representative Angelos Pazos since my first call. I was kept in the loop every day of the process until they found a carrier that would do my route from New England to North Carolina. It took a few weeks to find one but once he did everything went very smoothly and the communcations continued until my car was delivered.
