Excellent customer service, the car was picked up when stated for the agreed upon amount and time and delivered to the drop off location in its original condition. The representatives were kind and courteous, and the communication about picking up and delivery were precise and consistent. I would use Mercury again without reservation. Excellent experience moving our car across the country! Our agent, Rob fully explained the whole process and what to expect.
