Mercury (Jay) and their team were fantastic! I expect a lot when I pay for a service like this and all my expectations were met and even exceeded. Communication was excellent, pickup of vehicle was smooth, and delivery was faster than expected with no issues and excellent service. I would definitely use them again!
jay tourek did an awesome job texting daily to ensure me that my vehicle got delivered at a decent time frame.. car was picked up and delivered the next day at a decent time and everything was done in a timely manner. and car handle with car . thanks again .
I worked with Drew Rightnour and he did an excellent job explaining how auto delivery worked. I had tried to use two other companies, but I don’t feel like they were communicating properly. Drew explained that he was a broker and companies had to bid on delivering my car. I missed booking a transporter because I had a meeting when Drew called. However, he called me and explained what happened and quickly found another transporter and helped me with the difference in price. I would definitely use them again
Joe Kelly took great care of us throughout the whole process. It took longer than expected but it was being driven over 2k miles. Once it was picked up the driver kept us updated on when he would arrive.
Kristopher Wolfen was my contact person and man was he good and bringing me to easy, it was my first time shipping a car across country, now that being said I'm a truck driver myself and was just going to fly out and drive the vehicle back some 2500 miles.
