Kris was my initial point of contact to locate a shipper and he went out of his way to make sure I understood how the process worked. Once the vehicles were underway, June kept in touch and made sure everything with the shipper went off well. They were both great.

My experience with Mercury was nothing but positive- I received frequent updates on Mercury's progress in locating a hauler at the pre-agreed price. On the date of the pickup and delivery of my vehicle I received updates from the contracted hauler. The driver was professional and courteous, and went out of his way to unload my otherwise balky and large truck without damage or incident.
RecommendedI had a nice experience with Mercury Auto Transport. I have used their services now on 4 different occasions. Communication with both Mercury and the drivers has been excellent each time. Brokers are prompt and drivers have been respectful and provide accurate times of pickup and delivery.

Trever was the booking agent I spoke with who went over the whole process, outlining how the contracts and payment work. I felt comfortable with everything by the time I signed the contract and Trever was in frequent communication with me, updating me on when my contract was approved and that he would contact again when he found someone willing to take it, which he managed to get arranged even on the weekend after Thanksgiving. Heather and the Mercury team were very professional and outstanding at communicating throughout the entire process. Mercury only uses carriers with a high customer rating so I was comfortable trusting them with my car.
