I had a great experience with Mercury Auto Transport. This was my first experience shipping a car and was easy to work with. Excellent communication. They picked up exactly on the time they gave me. They dropped off at exactly the time they gave me. Phone calls before pick-up and drop off helped. I was surprised by how quickly they were able to ship across the country and did it within the time frame they gave me. Will use them again if needed. Highly recommend their service. Mercury Auto Transport quoted me much lower than competitors and I was provided with exemplary customer service. I was updated throughout the entire process of my car being shipped and the agent was available to answer questions along the way. I moved across the country at a very expensive and busy time and not only did I receive a great price on my auto transport, but my car was delivered two days ahead of schedule, which saved money on a rental car. Wonderful experience, start to finish!

First, Deb is amazing, the communication on updates, everything..5 stars!! The carrier that picked up my Blue Betty, the driver was friendly, helpful, he met me at a parking lot to pick up my car. Looking at multiple carrier options Dean at Mercury was the only one to really break down the process and explain the industry. He walked me thru the “how” things work and answered all my questions. The communication was excellent, timely and encouraging (fist time I’ve shipped a car). June was also helpful with the follow up to confirm that everything went according to plan and that the car arrived safely. It actually made it a day early. After securing, what I thought was a guaranteed transport, my daughters car was never picked up. I reached out to John at Mercury and told him what happened. He treated me with such respect even knowing I didn’t call him first. He explained the process and I instantly knew he was the one to make this happen.
