Drew Rightnour with Mercury was absolutely the best, I booked with him on a Friday & he kept me updated every day by text & email on the progress on my transport. He called me on a Thursday & told me he already had a carrier for my car & it was delivered the following Wednesday, the company he used JBF Transport (Alberto) was my driver & he was great, he kept me updated the whole time & was here at the time he said, both companies are absolutely the best, I can’t say how much I was truly happy with there service

So many companies out there makes it hard to choose an honest company. I am extremely glad I went with this company. Our car was picked up in California and was shipped to Florida, it only took 6 days. Company was in contact with us. Our car arrived in the same condition. I had my 2000 Chrysler convertible picked up from Henderson Nevada and shipped to Columbus Ohio. Paul and June from mercury auto transport were awesome. They were with me every step of the way and once the driver was set up the process went very quickly. It only took three days to pick up my car in Nevada. The driver was extremely courteous and safe allowing me to stand there and watch the car be loaded.
