I was most impressed by their communication - once you get into contact with them, you have a representative that walks you through the whole process until your car is picked up. Had a great experience with Jim and crew at Mercury. They made a frustrating car shipping system easy to navigate. I paid $200 more than my quote but that was because I was shipping from a remote location so I understood. Patience is key! I would recommend Mercury to anyone wanting to ship a vehicle.
Sam Golden is like his last name - golden! Second time using Mercury and everything went extremely well. My go to folks! The Joelissa Transport team was lovely to work with too!

Had a great experience. 😃 Jesus set the expectations clear upfront. Pickup and delivery was done promptly with enough notice to reach the pickup and delivery locations. Drivers were accommodating and willing to drop or pickup if needed. Would recommend them to any of my friends.
