We were very pleased with how Drew walked us through the transport contract process. Everything went as he explained, very timely, thorough, and no problems. Transport driver was very nice, thorough in going over the details regarding transport. Delivery was met within the expected window without concerns or delays. Mercury customer service followed up to verify that our car was in transit and offered any further assistance we needed.
