The initial contact, JoelTacado was great in proving services for a cross-country auto shipping for me. We had problems from recent tornado but he was fantastic in finding solutions to get auto picked up before I flew out of NC for CA. Driver Jimmy derserves thumbs up too- great service!!!

Mercury Auto Transport were very easy to work with. Communication with the team as well as the driver were timely. We moved from another state to Texas during the winter snow storm (February 2021). We thought that our vehicle would be delayed due to the road conditions. Thankfully our driver arrived one day later than expected. I’d recommend anyone to use Mercury. As well as I’d use them for future moves.
