Gentleman was just a bit late but understandably so. Upon arrival he took care of the bird nest problem & told us that the floor problem would be addressed by the construction crew. We have not yet heard from them.

The issue had been discussed with a supervisor and ultimately was decided to replace some parts of a malfunctioning water heater. The water temperature was changed, despite asking for it to be left alone, and panels were left unsecured at the time of work order completion. I don't want a return appointment just to screw in some panels, so it'll have to wait until another work order or I move out.
