As always, everyone was very friendly and professional. We didn't have to wait very long after our scheduled time - about 15 min. - to get into the chair. Then everything was done with the intention of making the patient as comfortable as possible and describing what would be done.

Dr. Valo's office staff were extremely accommodating when I called to request an unscheduled appointment to repair a tooth. They were so gracious and dental work was completed in a very timely manner. Many thanks and I will recommend Dr. Valo to friends.

Great service from a great team. Although going to the dentist is not the most pleasurable experience. Dr. Tom and Marybeth make the experience pleasant and enjoyable. They do a great job and I look forward to our semi-annual visits.

Efficient and comfortable I had a one-visit double-filling. All in all, it was a quick and easy procedure with excellent results.
Impressions Now More Comfortable I had to have impressions made today so I could have a dental appliance made. In times past, all the impression trays were metal and put pressure on a lingual tori (bony protrusion) from lower jawbone. The new impression trays are all plastic! They can be cut to allow extra room for something like my lingual tori making them completely adaptable and comfortable. What a great improvement. Well done, Dr. Valo and staff!
