Great Visit Always a great visit ..... enjoy the comradely.
My visit was for a cleaning with Mary Beth. One observation every time I visit, is that I feel like I'm visiting family. The staff has gotten to know me first as a person and second as a patient. My care is outstanding and I truly appreciate the preventive care I receive, as opposed to just reacting to an issue. I always leave with a plan for future treatment.
Dr. Valo and his staff are kind, thorough, and helpful. They listen to what their patients say, and they work to locate the cause of any problems one may be having with teeth. They provide an estimate of the cost of work to be done, so you can plan ahead. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the professionalism with which they work.
Client focused Excellent Service Had a filling fall out and Dr Valo, Christy and staff made every effort to get the problem fixed quickly and in a very friendly and professional manner.
Above and beyond I have a chronic back condition which is made worse when I have to lay down, e.g., in the dentist's chair. I had put off going to the dentist, and when I made the appt, I told Debbie at the front desk that I was dreading it, and why. Well, much to my great surprise and gratitude, the dental hygienist and Dr. Valo examined and cleaned my teeth which standing up, which eliminated the need to lay me down in the chair. Fantastic service and family-like atmosphere I'm a long-time patient of Dr. Valo's, but recently moved away. I went back to Dr. Valo and he provided me with a second opinion from a previous dental appointment that I wasn't comfortable with. The entire office treated me like family and Dr. Valo's assessment was honest and I trust him completely. I highly recommend this office!
Friendly professional service I have been going to Dr. Valo for over 30 years. He addresses all my dental care in a friendly thorough manner. He replaced a filling in a quicker time than I expected. Nice surprise.
As I wouldn't say I always "enjoy" my time spent with you all, I would say that I wouldn't go anywhere else. It is always a friendly environment and I look forward to seeing all of you when I come. We have been coming since our youngest was about 4-5. He will be 40 on his next birthday. I guess you could say we think your the best.😊
Friendly The staff at Dr. Valo's office are always extremely friendly and kind. I had Tina yesterday and she was extremely gentle but effective with my teeth cleaning. Dr. Valo was very professional and genuine as always. The receptionist is always so happy and professional as well. I always enjoy my time at the dentist! 😊
