Always pleasant. Dr Valo is the best @ numbing! That is one of the things I used to be very nervous about. Dr. & staff work very well together. All are concerned for patient comfort & are continually looking for ways to improve. I never feel like they are stagnant or stuck in a routine. Dr. valo makes sure care is always improving. Also love the garden view out the window.
As always all of the staff members were attentive and responsive. Dr. Valo is very thorough in explaining your options and what they will entail
Dr. Valo and his staff did a great job . Very happy with the nice office environment and his fine skills. His personality is great and he makes me feel relaxed-as does his entire office crew. He is by far the best dentist I have ever seen.
As usual, a super visit to Dr. Valos office to get my teeth cleaned. Tina did a superlative job of not only cleaning my teeth, but also giving me some valuable information about tooth hygiene. The receptionist staff is also such a pleasure to deal with. The entire office makes seeing the dentist something to look forward to.
Do you really have to ask? Doc, you and your team are the best. I always hated to go to the dentist and even bit the ones who hurt me but I look forward to coming to see you. Everyone tries to make me feel special and it works. I have never known a dentist who would give his home number and come to the office on the weekend for an emergency but you did! I won't go anywhere else.
I have been going to Dr. Valo for over 30 years. My children also went to him till they moved out-of-state. Not only is he an experienced, excellent Dentist, but he is so nice and always smiling. His office staff and hygienists are also very friendly and competent. All together it is a positive experience! I would and do recommend Dr. Valo to anyone looking for a great Dentist.
