Dr Valo and his staff have always been very good to me. I have not had any issues as long as i have been seeing him or his staff. I will continue to see Dr.Valo as long as he is here in Toledo.
I love having my teeth cleaned at Dr. Valo's office. The intra-oral camera gives me a chance to view all my teeth on the big screen and I always leave feeling so clean and refreshed. Of course, that refreshed feeling isn't just from the cleaning -- Dr. Valo and his staff have a way of refreshing my spirit, too! I especially liked receiving my "I am Blessed" athletic socks at my visit. Wearing them will make me remember all the many things in my life that I am grateful for - such as finding one dynamite dental office!
I was called right in to the hygenist room a few min after my apt time of 8:00. MaryAnne is always personable, asks abuot my family, rememebrs past information I have shared and shares information about hers. She is gentle, thorough and efficient and if she notices something amiss, will discuss what she sees and offer remedies for the situation. I love this office, the entire crew is friendly and kind. I love the way God shines through them all and the care they take to make us feel comfortable each and every time we come in is a blessing to our family!
I completely trust Dr. Valo with my teeth. When I moved to Toledo I went to another dentist because he was in network for insurance. Not worth it! He started work on my tooth then left town before finishing. Dr. Valo was kind enough to finish the tooth without doing a root canal that previous doc had mentioned. Very happy about that!
