I was greeted promptly by the support staff, escorted to my dental pod and prepared for my procedure. Everyone was warm and friendly but not artificial. My procedure, a crown, was painless and performed with professionalism that I have grown to expect from Dr. Valo and his staff. I had a concern that turned out not to be of the emergency nature I feared it might be. Still, despite my own feeling a bit foolish once I learned that, everyone at Dr. Valo's office were very accommodating and supportive all throughout making the appointment and during the evaluation. They squeezed me in on a full day to see to my needs and served me with friendly support and concern as they always do. Thanks everyone!

The office staff is friendly and well organized. Mary Beth runs on time and is very pleasant. She is gentle and firm, you know your teeth are clean when she is done. Dr. Valo is friendly and takes the time to explain what he feels needs to be done. But doesn't push you into making an immediate decision. The bad part is I still dislike the X-rays. The card put inside my mouth is too large and hurts.....:(.
Dr. Valo, along with every single person in his office, has a natural, sincere caring attitude towards the patients! I was there for three hours today and it's incredible how they can actually make a dentist visit sort of "fun"! I also so appreciate the attention to making sure I'm comfortable and not feeling too much discomfort or pain at all times. Plus I know I am getting top notch quality dentistry ... all why I drive 50+ miles to see Dr. Valo! I appreciate all of you!
