An excellent patient focused dental practice. I find the level of patient care to be consistent from the receptionist to the dentist (Dr. Valo). I've occasionally experienced insurance issues in the past and the staff has been A-1 in follow up whether it's been pre determination, billing or follow up to help secure insurance payment. Only possible area for improvement would be the availability of Saturday am appointments.

AS usual we were greeted by a friendly staff, got in right on time and were well-taken care of by Dr. Valo and his hygenists.
I have been seeing Dr. Valo for so many, many years I can't even remember when I first became a patient. Dr. Valo's skills, service, staff and congeniality are always top-notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs.
I give Dr Valo's office 5 stars for their excellent service - from the front desk to the hygienist, and Dr Valo himself! They are very thorough and up to date with all the latest technology. I know I'm in good hands with all their expertise and I highly recommend this office. Dr Valo always takes the time to listen to your concerns and has a treatment plan ready for you. Very friendly staff!
