Every visit is friendly, informative and extremely professional. The entire staff is very caring and Dr.Valo is very talented and not satisfied until you are. The outdoor landscape through every window adds a sense of calm to what most consider a dreaded appointment.
I have stayed with Dr. Valo for years, even after moving away from Sylvania. I now drive 50+ miles to get there, but it's well worth it! Dr. Valo not only provides top notch service for my routine dental care, but also went the "extra mile" to figure out how to whiten my darkened teeth from the affects of Tetracycline; saving me thousands of dollars! Dr. Valo & his staff make going to the dentist a very pleasant experience. They are very concerned with the patients comfort during a procedure. They explained what they were doing and what to expect. I would recomend their office to my friends!
Not only did Dr. Valo discover a cracked crown before something "painful" happened but he quickly made time to replace it. I did not have to wait in his waiting room either when the temporary crown was prepared or today when the final crown was inserted. Everything was very efficient and professional, including his competent staff both at the dental chair and in the office. The final work today took less than 1/2 an hour. Once again I thank him and his staff for the wonderful work and for the painfree service!!!!
Dr Valo was very professional in his dealings with me. Originally I went to have a crown removed and clear up decay under the crown. He got the crown off and realized more extensive work was needed. He explained what could be done and left the decision up to me even though he thought trying to save the tooth was the better choice. I decided to have the tooth removed. The previous dentist I went to was not like that. His way was the only way.
My visit today was very pleasant, painless and professional. Thanks for a very organized and well trained staff.
Excellent service! I was taken on time and got a filling done and a temporary crown put on too! The staff is always pleasant. Dr. Valo is so kind and gentle, especially when he is getting the novacane in your mouth. Karen and Christy did a nice job helping him too!
