We have been following Meritage Homes for the past 10 years so we were familiar with many of the energy savings features of your homes. We were delighted to work with Terry Kerr at Province in Maricopa, AZ. He is very professional and yet personable at the same time. His great sense of humor aids in the delivery! Very good. the front office is friendly and helpful. I do wish the floorplans had dimensions. and some of the sq footage on the model homes I found misleading
