Everyone we’ve dealt with this far have been amazing!!!! I ask a lot of questions, and no one has ever made me feel like I was a bother!!!! So excited to continue our home-building journey!

I recently purchased a heritage hone in Stuart Florida. The development is called Seaside. It is a new townhouse development. I have previously written a review re. The sales staff that was excellent. The person in charge of the hours being built in the development is Candy. She is amazing. She is on top of everything and always had a smile. When things need to be done she gets the done today not yesterday she is cordial to all the people and even to their dogs. Very very professional

My sales representative, Bobbie, has been absolutely amazing from the first day that I walked through the door. She has been in constant communication with timely status updates and guidance on what to expect during the purchase/construction process. Must be very nice to have NO furnace in the attic also A/C and Furnace work together in one spot with fan outside of the house. First time we ever heard of it. We really love this way. That is a great designed.
