My fiance and I are in the early stages of building our Meritage home but thus far we are pleased with our sales consultant, Marianne, and MTH Mortgage loan officer, Mike. They both respond fast to emails or text messages. Marianne has also sent us our first email update on the progress. We can't wait to move into our Meritage home in the Berkshire community!

I had the best experience with Meritage homes. He showed me around the model, after the virtual view. I also got the opportunity to visit the physical site with COVID 19 precautions, of course. The builder David Pipkin took his time to show me around and didn't have problems with my thousand and one questions. As a first new homeowner, he was very patient with me, even when my question seemed dumb. The materials they use to build their homes are great, and they are energy-conserving homes.
