Great experience with the Raleigh NC warranty department. While selling our home we had purchased in 2014, a home inspector found a truss that he felt needed reinforcement. I worked With Janice and Darin in the home warranty department, and even though we were not living in the home, and it had been purchased 6 years earlier, Mertage went in and did the repair. Upon finalizing my decision to move from St Louis, MO ( Surrounding communities), I discovered one of Meritage's jewel locations "Trails at Westpointe." Relocating to San Antoino, TX to be closer to family.
