This home purchase is Such an exciting time for my mother, myself, and daughter. A three generation home purchase is something we never thought could happen. The process was seemed so fast and was such a pleasant experience. Starting with working with a wonderful realtor to contact from finance and pre-approval to loan approval, we were treated so well. Of course gathering all the pertinent documents for the loan is never fun nor easy. We are so happy to be on this journey in life and moving close to family.

Only negative is : doesn't allow owners to pick up the upgrades, such as going to show room and pick what we like it.

Excellent, Excellent, the view of my townhouse is wonderful, the pool of the complex is 💯, comfortable, unbeatable location in front of the lake. I think I only need a tennis court for our children to play sports.
