The home is great! But, the best part of the deal was working with your people. As usually happens there were items that needed to be corrected, repaired or adjusted. This is where Chip (the construction project manager) stepped in to make your company shine. He took my list and with-in a very reasonable period of time, systematically started knocking items off the list. The guy is a gem to work with.
