We love Dr. Roachfert! She's always been so patient and understanding with my pets. Jack was alot of work and she took care of him right until the end and it was the hardest day of my and my family's life letting go of our beloved dog after 17 years. She's also always taken the absolute best care of my chihuahua Princess Jasmine. When we found out she came back I can't tell you how it made me feel to know my girl was getting her doctor back. The best kennel experience we have had! Our dog is very anxious and suffers separation anxiety. We have only had stressful kenneling experiences prior to Merrimack Vet, but they were so wonderful and patient with our dog. He was well cared for, well fed and socialized with the care takers after they gave him space to warm up.
i was so nervous to go to my Cats first visit - I had a bad experience with my last Vet. Merrimack techs staff and Doctor could not have been more empathetic, kind and understanding. I feel so much better and calmer. So happy Switched!
Our dog is scared of everything and not only did Elizabeth do a great job with her, Elizabeth took great care making sure our dog was doing well with during her grooming.
I came to this office by following one of the vet techs from a previous vet. Since the change I have seen Dr Alysha Gonsalves with 3 of my pups. One in particular has a complex medical history of diabetes. Dr Alysha Gonsalves has been so helpful, empathetic and she is passionate with her patients (and me). She is very professional and knowledgeable and I wholeheartedly trust her with my girl, Shuggie. Thank you for all the care you've given and continue to give us!
