Visited Mesh for the first time on Valentine’s Day. We were seated within minutes of arriving in the patio area, which was large and open with a fireplace feature along one wall and windows along another wall. We were treated like royalty - had our menu within minutes, drinks shortly after and received our first course within the first fifteen minutes. Pretty good for a busy place! Valentine dinner and we were seated at a table in the bar. Music was extremely loud playing Rock . I couldn’t even hear the server . Felt more like I was in a sports bar. Made for a rather cold evening. Very disappointing for the cost. The food was very good. Not the “romantic “ atmosphere I was expecting.
Waiter seemed a little off that night. He was very pleasant but not on best game. Food was excellent. Pork chop was delicious! Loved the beet salad. Tuna tartare very good as was lamb shoulder.
