Creative, well executed menu. Very beautiful, vibrant space, but noise level was not conducive for normal conversation. Paying $5 for bread is a little cheeky.
The food I had (the beet salad and the salmon entrée) were both quite delicious. I must admit to being disappointed at the lack of variety on the menu, however, and the absence of any daily specials - which always signifies to me that there is a chef in the kitchen, working on creative additions that are going to be a stand-out because of the up-to-the-minute use of whatever is available that day. The food was great and a nice variety to choose from. Our waitress was exceptional-she was attentive but did not make us feel rushed. We were having diner with friends and she allowed us the time we wanted to visit with them, yet was easily accessible if we needed anything. The restaurant has a relaxing, intimate ambience. We definitely will be going back and highly recommend it!
