This is our 3 rd year at Metro 112 . The management and maintenance teams are very efficient and helpful. The apartment amenities are great.There are occasional fun & social events organized by the management which we enjoy a lot. In the midst of downtown Bellevue and close to some excellent public schools ,bus transit center, grocery stores and good restaurants makes it a great place to stay.
I have been living in Metro 112 for nearly a year and just switched my lease for a new apartment (same building but on a different floor). The leasing office team are very kind and supportive (special thanks to Myra for her great help to make my renewal a smooth transition!) Maintenance team is also very dedicated to delivering services in time. The pricing is reasonable given its Bellevue downtown location and amenities (especially air conditioning!) Mostly it is good to live. Emerald is a good floor plan for 1b1b. Maintenance and rubbish collecting are convenient.
I moved here 3 months ago and I love this place. Everyone in the leasing office is super friendly and I really like the events they host like Earth day, Valentine’s Day, etc. The community is super friendly, clean and has great security.
We spent at this place 9 (nine) long years. Moved in 2013 and out in 2022. It was awesome at first. Nice location, fairly new building, perfectly working trash chutes, and a friendly management team. Then, the trash chutes started to break, simply because some residents would force huge cardboard boxes into them. The management, eventually, gave up on them.
