The distance between... (Verified Renter) The distance between the loading dock and elevators is quite large and makes transportation of boxes and furniture a bit harder. I love everything else and am waiting for the game room / coffee bar area to open up in the building amenities.
I feel the... (Verified Renter) I feel the staff in the leasing office are understaffed/overworked as the response time is really slow. There is also no consistent messaging from the staff. The answer is different depending on who you talk to.
Good amount of... (Verified Renter) Good amount of space, AC, GYM, pretty good parking for yourself and guests (this is a huge deal), good soundproofing, trash is good, kitchen is a 10/10 CONS: Not enough storage space in kitchen and for utilities and in the bathrooms. Ventilation in the bathroom is not great.
