Metro has come to my rescue on more than one occasion. Their staff is always professional and courteous, from their phone representatives to their tech team and arrive promptly as promised. After diagnosing the issues with my unit the tech explained necessary repairs and cost. They have always been upfront and have never hit me with any unexpected fees. I will continue to use Metro for my a/c and heating needs and recommend them highly.

First class service. This weekend after normal business hours my air was not cooling. I spoke Dwayne to discuss the issue his response was very human and emphatic which is always refreshing. He contacted the on-call technician which provided me an ETA and Dwayne followed through. But the excellent service did not end there the technician that came out name Larry was quick informative and pleasant regarding the resolution to fix my AC. Thanks so much to the both of you Dwayne and Larry for your help this weekend.

Larry and Adrian helped me out so during the evening hour. The other companies I called could not get to me until tomorrow, but Metro ACS could. They had someone to me within an hour. the service tech Larry explain what was needed and gave me a good price. These guys are tops. Thanks Metro ACS.

Thanks for getting to me so quickly. Larry DuBose was the service tech who arrived within the time frame given. Checked the AC unit, found the problem, and fixed it. Problem resolved all within 30-45 min. Very efficient! Have used your company for the past 3 1/2 years and am very happy with your service.

Arrived on Time,identified himself,name and with Metro Air.Asked what my problem was and he identified the problem quickly and advised me that the Thermostat was not working properly.Had thermostate available and installed and gave me complete instructions as to how to set up and operate.Very through in his knowledge and quickly installed the new thermostate.He offered me a discount on the service call and.I would gladly recommend that Metro Air be called if any problems arrive for service. I must say I'm glad I picked metro air and Larry and his install crew the process was smooth and easy they install my new unit in remarkable time I recommend them to anybody and everybody! Very satisfied customer!
