I called Metro AC and not only did they answer right away, they came out right away. I was expecting for them not to respond until Monday AM, but I was amazed. They are very professional and an asset to your company. I will use your company for all of my AC needs and will tell my friends and family. They make you feel like you are family right away. Your company must promote family values and courtesy. Please recognize them within your company.

I have receive very professional and timely service from the service techs. Chaz has assisted me twice since I purchase my home. Each time he has explained the bill and the expected service in a professional manner. Because of his work skills I will continue to use metro air. Trainee David as well.

They told me they had a tech in Arlington and they could have him up to me before noon. I have serious lung issues, along with having a 4 year old, both of us baking in mid 90 heat in my house, we could not wait for our guy to show up. It is now 4:32 PM and having been told several times through the day that our guy was on the way, then he had more problems on... read more
