Service was excellent. Jim is skilled and explained aspects of the HVAC system I didn’t understand. 1 star off for the late arrival. I had a noon to 4 pm window and the tech arrived at 7:45 pm. The company did stay in contact with me during the day regarding running behind due to A/C emergencies and asked if I wanted to reschedule. No big deal in the end. When it got dark I provided a work light to make Jim’s job a bit easier! :) System is up and running for the summer. Thanks…
