I had a very good experience with Metro Heating. The owner,Joe Buccino was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I had Metro perform two jobs and both went off without a problem. Metros workmen were prompt,knew what they had to do and left the work site neat as a pin when they finished. Joe the owner was very knowledgeable and competitive with other estimates. He suggested that the return was not large enough for the 3 ton condenser unit we were replacing. We signed a proposal on 7/14 and the next day Joe came and checked out all the materials that would be needed to expedite the start, before the coming heat wave. This is our Facebook post: A/C Update! We’re fixed! Our installer would not be out t’il Wednesday, needless to say, kicked them to the curb, we are in a heatwave. METRO HEATING & A/C, INC. saved us and were so very fair, they could’ve killed us considering our circimstances.. They are highly recommended! Bryan their Service Tech, called and arrived first thing and had us up an running in a very short time, and was so nice and professional.. Our new A/C & Heating company for life!
