Had 3 different Metro reps absolutely ruin several different claims. Every client that decided not to use Metro got far more than those who did.
Wouldn’t recommend this adjuster to look at a dog house. He doesn’t understand how an insurance claim works or the process of repairing the home correctly. Save yourself and do not follow advise from public adjuster. Hire a local contractor that will review the damages to your home and estimate them to be fix properly. Send that estimate to your insurance company and don’t let this middle man lead you down the wrong road.

This company hires hacks who have no idea how the insurance process works and encourages people to commit fraud. Please stay away from this company
This company hires people who know nothing about the insurance process, waste your time, and steal your money. You're better off fighting the insurance company yourself. At the endo of the day, and after almost 3 years of working a flooding situation, I received nothing and had to sell the home to avoid foreclosure. first adjuster promised lots, then never filed nessesary claims, then left the company WITH our file!! Several adjusters later, and THREE YEARS, we got nothing for a TOTAL loss of everything, and bank forclosed. They will lie and promise, never answer calls, and absolutely screw you over!!
My claim has been going on for over two years now. No one calls you back. They take money out of checks they are not supposed to. They tell you a lot of stories they told me my subfloors were to be change and I’m waiting over a year to move forward then I filed claims with the insurance bureau and they threw them out because the insurance company had proof they never got back to them. They do not call or anything to get back to you. I would have been better with out them. I’m still waiting on a call back for months
Had the unfortune of meeting one of their adjustors Jerry Truono. One of the most uneducated, condescending frauds i have ever encountered in my lifetime. Dont question him, he gets very bitter and angry when you do.
