Have had claim with this company for over a year and the only thing that has happened is I lost $6,000 from original claim. I call my adjustor and get some kind of excuse. Then told will get answers. Wait to weeks call back and get that my insurance company is not answering. Isn't that what we are paying the company for to bother the insurance company and get answers. Do not hire this company. They do not care about helping you recover from your misfortunes. The adjuster, John, that was in charge of our case, is terrible. He never returns emails or texts. Wants to just talk on the phone so there is no record of what was said. We wasted almost 3 months with them and all they did was send a letter to State Farm. John didn’t even do that correctly because he failed to attach a document that he requested be reviewed. That error required two people to point it out and someone else to correct i... read more
WARNING: Do not hire, do not trust. Metro adjusters will lie to you to secure your business. They will intentionally mislead you. They do not work on your behalf, they only work to secure money and business for their company to profit off of your misfortune. They will lie to you and try to belittle you. Their customer service is horrible. I would suggest looking at their Yelp and Google reviews. The Facebook reviews seem to be skewed.
