Perfect Location I enjoyed the service that all the employees showed towards my family. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the hotel for younor is any other hotel in South Beach. Its a party environment so there will be noise. High praises to the young men that did the valet and to the hostess.

Great for the open mind. Overall this was a great stay! The staff was very helpful and courteous and I certainly appreciated the nice decor that was incorporated into the renovated hotel. This suite had a full kitchen, living room, and dining area and I would say it created a relaxing ambiance, I was pleased. I would have liked to have seen more effort put in the bathroom, for it was renovated but the shower was lacking a door and it appeared the half glass that was there was more for decor/appearance because it did not exte... read more

Enjoyable Art Deco Hotel We stayed a couple of nights before a cruise. Loved the quirky style and helpful staff. The biggest negative was their WiFi, which really only worked standing in the kitchenette. Close to lots of restaurants on Ocean Dr. Would stay there again.

Miami Beach Trip The overall experience was good until being picked up by the Airport Shuttle to be told that they could not get us to the airport on time. Our flight was at 9:30am and we were told to be downstairs at 6:45am, which we was on time. We had to take a cab to the Airport which cost $30.00 with a $10.00 tip. I believe that the hotel should reimburse the amount paid for a service that we did not receive. Additionally, there was a problem with the hot water in our shower.

FRIENDLY SERVICE the stay was great. Louis the bellman was very friendly and polite and super helpful with our bags. the receptionist was great and friendly too. she helped us with extending our booking as much as she could. the rooms were nice and spacious. sofa and the bed could be slightly more comfortable but trust me i have seen worse. all in all i would give this hotel a 9.5 out of 10
