Hit or Miss staffing This hotel is well located at 6th and Collins, just a block from the beach. Decent facilities, and the central courtyard is nice and quiet given the busy location. The problem is the hotel staff. While the cleaning crew is good, the overnight staff and valet were literally sleeping on the job. Two nights in row we were forced to climb through the supposed secure gate because the front desk attendant was asleep, and didn't wake up from repeated calls. Great stay Overall a great experience. The bathroom was a little small.
Excellent service at an affordable price! It was well worth the stay here. Room was a bit small, but customer service was excellent! Shower water did not reach hot levels, but was semi luke warm. All in all, the hotel was located in a prime area along the beach. Staff was friendly.
Wonderfully quiet and chic! Was greeted at the check in desk that we had been upgraded to a room with two queen beds. Great attentive service and great location.
