This is my second bathroom remodel with Metropolitan. Both experiences were excellent from the planning design, to the execution. Communication with everyone; Becky, Ray and Lem was professional and timely. Only delays were waiting for ordered products. Pat, Quelvis and Miguel who did the actual work were wonderful to have in my home. My bathroom is transformed!
Tom was wonderful! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made the entire process easy but was very thorough. He took his time to explain every aspect of our remodeling.

The technician was early but called to let me know. That was good. He talked me through the process and told me to call the office and then print the coupon.
First of all, Christina Sarki, Showroom Manager, was so helpful in helping me decide the design I wanted with my budget. The Showroom had so much to choose from and Christina did a good job reining me in when I was going off the rails. The remodel was for my son's bathroom which had an old dark vanity, mirror and light set. One almost needs sunglasses when you walk in there now.
