Charlene, the estimator who came to measure our shower and bathtub surround—the areas we wanted tiled, was prompt, friendly, and professional. She clearly explained the full scope of work, including demolition, disposal, labor, materials, pricing, and the projected timeline. Kevin came out to do the initial bathroom consultation. He was very personable, professional, and detailed. He shared his work experience with the company and gave me a little history on the company-how they work, and the process- what to expect. This is my second bathroom remodel with Metropolitan. Both experiences were excellent from the planning design, to the execution. Communication with everyone; Becky, Ray and Lem was professional and timely. Only delays were waiting for ordered products. Pat, Quelvis and Miguel who did the actual work were wonderful to have in my home. My bathroom is transformed!
