Service is terrible, they refuse to spray my unit and then going to have the audacity to charge me 45 dollars when they stated they come out and spray once a month for free when I haven’t even got that free service yet but want to charge me and I told them that I have a new born on the way and I need these bugs control by time I bring my son into a stable home and they ignored my concerns and don’t care just as long as they get all they money every month that’s all they are worried about.
Metro Property Scams is indeed an absolute scam of a company. Do very little. Cannot reach anyone to problem solve. Pad their reviews with 5 star nonsense from fake accounts (see below, it's so obvious). I am out $4,000 due to the poor conduct of one of this company's employees. They will never resolve a problem. Metropolitan has been with my family for many years and have always took very good care of our properties and our needs. They've since changed managers and would not recommend using them. We've since moved on to another management company
Great company fast service when call for maintenance.Most of the time same day you call you get your order done.
horrible, horrible, horrible. not fix anything. very expensive. never response except with "sorry cannot help you" if involves money. everyone want get rid of them but cannot because corruption. i came from country with corruption, so i know. this very bad. this is like third world country. horrible, horrible.
