I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I moved in, the unit was not properly prepared. Basic things you would expect to be handled before a tenant arrives simply weren't. On top of that, I've had ongoing issues with essential services like hot water, which have not been resolved despite being raised multiple times. This management company is awesome. Maintenance repairs are done as quickly as possible. Keep in mind, you are not the only person needing maintenance. The negative reviews are people who sound selfish and only care about themselves. Be patient and understand we all need each other to make things happen. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
They are horrible. In all of my years of living in apartments I have never experienced a company that discriminates against it's tenants who are not like them in race, while doing services for people who are like them and completely ignoring anyone who isn't like them. They hire apartment managers who are the same. In my complex they have fixed up peoples places and fix repairs for people of their racial background and anyone who isn't you have to ask repetively for years to fix basic, I mean basic services. Absolutely Horrible company! Our community has been with this company for 4 months now. They started off horrible and immediately got worse. They do not reply to emails, they do not follow up, they do not pay bills on time, they have not even visited our property…I could go on and on. Do not hire them.
Our manager Bridget has been solid for our community near Marina del Rey. Things that used to take weeks now move fast. I appreciate that she is proactive and we get heads-ups before issues become emergencies.
