I have been going to Dr Kaplan for about 20 years. He has done fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions with great success! Dr Kaplan knows how to give an injection...they are painless!! He is patient and answers all my questions. He is knowledgeable and really cares about what he does. my daughter goes to Dr Kaplan also. I recommend him to my friends.Ā

I agree with the previous customer; they overbilled me, and the staff was rude when I called.Ā
Billing department is very inept. They cannot file the needed paperwork to explain the procedure with the insurance company hence are denied payment. They sent negative information to my credit files even though the balance was for my husbands procedure.Ā
Nice looking place but DO NOT miss a payment. Their rates are very expensive compared to other dentists. Matter of fact I compared and they overcharged my insurance company a couple of times. They will harrass you for the balance constantly. Matter of the fact the dentist will not even speak with you or see you if you still owe money.. But when it's time for your cleaning they will call you to come in because they know they will get paid automatically for these types of visits from the insurance company. My wife was scheduled for a clean up appointment. He found out that she has gum bleeding. So he recommended to schedule a gum cleaning / treatment appointment. My wife had requested to get done with the regular cleaning as it would be difficult to schedule another appointment in the near future. His assistant too was not courteous enough. They kept her waiting for long for no reason. End of story she had to come back without any cleaning. Will not recommend him to anyone.Ā
