From the time you walk into Metuchen Dental, you are warmly greeted by the staff as well as the serene spa-like decor. I was called into my appointment a couple of minutes after arriving, actually before my appointment. Miss Greta did my preliminary exam and took xrays, kindly and gently, explaining everything to me step by step. Been going for years and was previously very satisfied. A part of the reason was because they did not seem to push unnecessary procedures or products, but it seems like they are more pushy than in the past. They even recently told me and my husband they may end up refusing him service (even just teeth cleaning) if he does not permit them to take X-rays of his mouth, although nothing is bothering him and he does not have a history of unhealthy teeth and surrounding areas of mouth. Disappointing :/Ā
Metuchen Dental is a very professional dental office. From the minute you enter the office the staff is friendly and helpful. The dentist and assistant are all very caring and sensitive to your needs. I love the Metuchen Dental group and would strongly recommend them.Ā
I have been a patient for Many Many years, after Not being able too go to Dentist for 6 years. I was greeted by staff with such smiles, I remembered my hygienist (Kathy) she is truly, kind and concerned about my absence and made me feel very comfortable..my Dr welcome me back as if. he remembered me. Today I had extraordinary experience at the Metuchen Dental, it was my first time there and I can honestly say I'm so glad I went there.
