I've used Meyer twice now, both times they were able to get someone out to us the same day. They are kind, honest, and reliable. I'm very happy with them! I really don't like having servicemen out when my husband is not home, I feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. Ladies, you know what I'm talking about. This is not at all the case with this company. So if you're a mom that needs help this company feels a lot more like your dad or your brother coming to help you. Highly Recommend!!!!
Edit: Just because y’all have not come to inspect my unit does not mean my unit has not been serviced. The other company actually told me to call you back since the current issue should have been under warranty. I was aware the ants weren’t a mechanical issue and stated that, so there was no further need to address that. I understand mechanical issues can arise on all machines so whether the problem is with the product, it still has issues. Tech Joseph K came out to do an annual furnace check. He said the furnace was only using one of the three elements. He was able to reconnect it to use two of the elements. The difference in heating was immense. I have always been pleased with the service that Meyer Heating and AC has given me
The reversing valve on my 6 year old heat pump split at the connection. Another repair company recommended that I purchase an entire unit. Courtland came out with Meyer Heating & A/C and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts under warranty. While I still had to pay labor and the consumable non-warranty parts, it was way less than purchasing an entire unit.
Meyer Heating & A/C Inc. always gives 5 star service. The customer service is exceptional and the tech service by Adrian was great. Tony M. came out to advise us on an issue and he is very knowledgeable. He gave us sound advice. The team was punctual and thorough.
