We order every Wednesday from Mezeh, Gaithersburg and this time around we are not happy with the food. The rice were half cooked, as if they have been scraped off the bottom of the pan and the chicken was too hard. Disappointed.....

I actually love to order the family pack from Mezeh (as I did yesterday, January 30). Therefore it‘s especially a shame that the kale I ordered was old and unsavory and there was a lump of mold in it! That’s disgusting. I expected fresh and high quality products!
I had a horrible experience at your restaurant Friday night. After carefully placing my order on line, I drove 15' to the restaurant to pick up dinner for my family. I was so proud of myself because, I included the tip (which I usually only do once I've received good service). I have to let you know how frustrated I was this evening, along with many other online ordering customers. My order was finally prepared and ready at 8:28PM when it was expected to be ready at 7:34PM. Understandably there is no where to sit, so I had to stand and wait for almost an hour - I actually started to feel faint, partly from hunger and partly because I had walked to the restaurant and was dressed for the cold weather. Hi, I had bought 4 bowls from mezeh yesterday and while I was eating I in fact found a hair in my food.
I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from the person at the cash register tonight, forcing me to leave the establishment without my food! I paid with the app as I always do and then he tells me I need to pay again! I did not have a credit card or cash on me so I had to walk away even though it shewed on my transaction! I love the food at Mezzah but I am afraid that this will be my last visit!
I am a weekly customer at Mezeh and this week I ordered the chicken shwarma twice this week. But unlike usual, the chicken shwarma is extremely dry both times I ordered this week. Normally the chicken is extremely juicy which is why I recommend Mezeh to friends, was there a change in the recipe?
