I asked for a bowl with just kale and they put mixed greens and kale in there.
After getting my order from the Mezeh restaurant and returning home, I realized that it did not contain the lamb kefta that I paid an extra $4.50 for. This was pretty dissapointing as I really wanted to try the lamb. The bowl only contained chicken.
I just ordered from Mezeh and my husband and I were disappointed in the quality of our meals. Both of our bowls were super oily, olives in my meal that I did not want, and lettuce was very wilted. Is there any way to rectify this situation? I enjoy Mezeh and want to continue eating from there.
Hello, I am reaching out because my meal wasn’t up to its standards. I ordered chicken kabob, the chicken was undercooked for my daughter. I will attach a picture below. That is unacceptable, as anyone who eats uncooked chicken can have unpleasant illnesses due to the bacteria .
Mezeh only gave me one pita bread and one sauce for one bowl even I ordered two bowls!!
I ordered baklava and extra pita bread but they didn’t add it. It was missing from my order.
During the roughly one hour that we were dining at Mezeh this evening, two customers came in, at different times, without the required face covering. There is even a sign on the front door that says face coverings are required. I was surprised, and disappointed, that your staff said nothing, did not even ask them to put on a face covering. Very disappointing and unfriendly customer service at the German town location. When we were there yesterday at about 9 PM and waiting to order, the girls over there did not even bother to acknowledge us and we were just waiting. The girl seems to have no patience even we were selecting our menu items. The most disappointing was after we paid, the girls did not give the package but kept on her side and went inside and we were waiting and waiting and no one was bothered why we were waiting there.
