We've been going to Gaithersburg Mezeh for years but tried Germantown for 1st time on 3/5. It was very disappointing. No pita bread for 3 bowl orders, dressing put on bowls when should have been on side leaving them soggy for any leftovers, chicken shwarma not usual spicy, and chicken kebab style very dry. I had yet another bad experience today. I thought I'd give it another shot, and I promise I'm not just complaining to get free food. Moreso that the employees there know and can work on it to make it a better store. Again at the Germantown location, I got a piece of uncooked chicken in my bowl. Also, they neglected to put any rice in my bowl as requested.

Hello there , I want to start by saying that I love mezeh’s food. Always great taste, fresh and its different from other places with similar menu items. I also work in Gaithersburg and I go to that location twice a month at least. William knows how to run a restaurant and make it a place to make wish you’d come more often. But , Germantown is not there yet. My favorite item , eggplant was a disaster literally, cauliflower rice the same. I don’t typically do things like this, but I would like a refund for my order as I waited for almost 40 mins and I was not satisfied with my order at all. The chicken was not fully cooked and they put olives in my bowl and I don't like olives at all. I have attached a photos of the chicken and you can see the order details below. Thank you.

Hi. We had placed an order today March 5 at the Germantown location for grab and go. The name was under Naaz and confirmation code was 5749. We arrived at the location and wanted to do curbside. We are being extra cautious now with Covid and we have a baby so we thought we could just call and they could bring it to our car. We arrived and called 5 times and left 2 messages and never received a call back to see if they could bring the food to our car curbside. Incredibly terrible service & upper management at this location. I arrived to this location and had to wait over 30 min for my order to be fulfilled. In addition to having to wait for underprepared food to be finished I was given a kitchen trash bag as my to go bag.
