I just got home with my order after driving 40 minutes to get it the sauce lid was not on the container leaked in the bag through the bag threw my shirt into my car seat. I also got 3 1/2 falafel even though I paid for for crammed into a container and we’re completely soggy. I’m extremely disappointed

I placed an online order containing 4 bowls. 3 of the 4 bowls were completely wrong or missing ingredients. People make mistakes, but to have 75% of my order messed up is ridiculous.
Hello! I placed an online order and I was disappointed to see that my order did not come with spicy feta dip or tzatziki sauce. This was the first time this location has had spicy lamb kefta. I have gone 4 times and every time it did not have the lamb kefta which was strange and then today it was there so I ordered online and was disappointed to see my order was wrong. I love mezeh, but I am not sure if I will ever go back to this location again.
We have started to get our bowls to go at Mezeh fairly often. This past week, I ordered my usual steak shwarma. When I got it home and had dinner with my wife and her chicken kabob bowl, I found 3 hairs in my bowl. Needless to say, I was a little upset.
I had an absolutely unacceptable customer service experience yesterday. I placed an order online for my family at 4:54 PM. The food was promised to be ready by 5:14. I arrived at the store a bit early with my 3 year old son. The food wasn't ready yet, so I got in line and told one of the ladies behind the counter that we'd ordered online and were ready to pick it up. My wife and I decided to stop at this location around 8pm 2/5/21. There is a very tall Caucasian female with brunette hair with blonde highlights who I encountered that was extremely rude. I at the last moment decided to order another flat bread. And she snarly replied that I need to ask for extra bread while my order is being made? I have never heard of such a thing! I love your food. I do not love finding metal in it. Attached you will find pictures of the piece of metal that I bit down on while eating my shawarma bowl. You will also find a photo of my receipt. I really hope that I am the only customer to have this issue and that I didn't accidentally swallow any other pieces that may have been in my food. Usually everything we get is amazing, tonight we ordered 3 bowls and a wrap for pick up. One of our bowls was rice, mixed greens, chicken shawarma, feta and tomatoes. We moved some of the lettuce off and there was nothing to the bowl under it and our flat wrap was cold. I had pick up for 6:30 and grabbed it at 6:34. Not sure if it was accidentally made to early so got a little cold. The bowl is upsetting as it’s usually more full. I attached the picture I took of the bowl after lettuce was moved
