I had a disturbing experience yesterday. I received an order yesterday evening for myself and my partner. She food what appears to be an insect let in her food. I am interested in a refund.
I ordered from St. Mary’s store in MD this evening. It was delivered by a Doordash and arrived as scheduled. However, there were missing items. One drink and 2 sauces were not in the bag. Also my bowl lid was not placed properly.
I ordered from the mobile app on Jan 10th. The order code is 3145 and order ID is #f68ae009. Our food was supposed to be ready by 5:15. I got there at 5:15 and it was not ready. I asked the cashier how long and she said maybe 5 more minutes. I went across the street to Harris Teeter did my grocery shopping and went back to Mezzeh. My order was still not ready. I ordered a pick up order for a steak shawarma bowl and a kids bowl. My bag had the right receipt, but when I got home (20min) away, I had the wrong bowl in my bag (the kids bowl was right). I called the store to refund me for my bowl and was told I needed to send an email. Please make this right... my dinner is ruined as it is an order that I would never eat and the customer service when I called was not helpful at all.
I ordered pickup for 1645 this evening but when I sat down to eat at home, I noticed that one of the bowls ordered did not have the requested pita croutons. I tried to call the location in St. Mary's but the call went unanswered and I chose to send this email instead of leaving a voicemail. Please let me know if you need any other details.
I recently ordered from your Hollywood, MD location in St. Mary’s County through your app. I am quite disappointed as I ordered a bowl with the Lamb Kefta but I received the Falafel. This is sad because I have been looking forward to having the lamb kefta all day. My order has always been correct when ordering through the app so having this mistake occur is surprising and discouraging.
